Episode 01: You only get three things

The three most potent tools you have as a real estate agent are your mindset, your effort and your skillset. Your mindset can either empower you choose to believe that you are capable, or that you aren’t, but you alone get to choose. Effort rests between your mindset and your skillset.  Sometimes what is required is to simply outwork your competition. Resist the temptation to become ignorance based as you build your skillset. Your toolbox will need to be continually filled or those tools become irrelevant.
